Dave supports ODC’s mission by strengthening the systems behind the scenes. As Board Secretary, he focuses on continuous improvement in governance, administration, and operations. For more than 40 years, Dave led teams across customer service, logistics, supply chain, and finance — designing and improving systems that help organizations work better for people. He believes everyone deserves a safe place to live, and that strong, thoughtful systems help communities turn that belief into action.
