We are a community-based 501©3 nonprofit with a history of over 20 years of successfully mobilizing cross-sector housing partners and community to preserve, acquire, and develop a continuum of affordable housing options for all who call our community HOME.

Our close working partnership with Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners enables unique and powerful onsite and offsite services and links to life-changing opportunities for families and children to thrive.
